How to Apply to Become a Partner on Canect

Canect offers partnership programs for dispensaries, brands and distributors. The application process for each partner type is almost the same. The main differences are the program labels. In this example, we’ll walk through the Dispensary Partner application, but the steps apply equally to Brand and Distributor partners.

 

1. Access the Dispensary Application

On the Canect website, scroll to the bottom of any page. Under the For Business section, click Dispensary Application.

 

2. Fill out the application form

You’ll be directed to a form titled Dispensary Application. Complete all required fields:

1. Business Information
   • Business Name and Business Email
   • Existing Dispensary (optional) – connect to an existing dispensary if applicable
   • Business Description – briefly describe your dispensary and its location
2. Contact Details and Motivation
   • Business Address – provide your complete business address
   • Business Phone – enter a contact number
   • Website (optional) – share your URL if you have one
   • Why do you want to partner with Canect? – explain why you want to join and what you hope to achieve

After filling out the form, click Submit Application to send your request.

 

3. Application submitted

Upon submission, you’ll see a confirmation message indicating that your application has been received. This page explains the next steps:

• The Canect team will review your application within 3–5 business days.
• They might contact you if they need more details.
• You’ll receive an email notification once your application is reviewed.
• If approved, your account will be automatically upgraded to partner status and you’ll gain access to partner‑specific features.

 

4. Wait for approval

When your application is approved, you’ll receive an email like the one below. It confirms your new partner status.

• Be thorough: Provide complete and accurate information in every field.
• Tell your story: Use the description and motivation sections to share what makes your dispensary unique.
• Include contact details: Provide a valid phone number and email address so the Canect team can reach you if needed.
• Check your inbox: Keep an eye on your email (and spam folder) for updates about your application.
